In response to the closing of One Exchange Plaza (OEP) and the Customer Service Center, the Planning and Development Department continues to adjust its service levels accordingly. Beginning Friday, March 27, development customers who need to retrieve approved plans from the Customer Service Center in OEP may do so by making an appointment online at http://bit.ly/2x09wgX.

Appointments are available every 15 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Only plans that have been approved and paid for will be released. Payments can be made online via a registered account in the Permit and Development Portalor over the phone by calling 919-996-2500.

You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled with more details on how your plans will be delivered. Thank you for your patience.
