Thanks to Paul Kallam, Engineering Manager, and John Kane of Kane Realty Corporation, we had the chance to tour the new Bank of America Tower at North Hills. The tower has a prominent location along Six Forks Road and I-440 and offers stunning views of Raleigh. The groundbreaking was in September, 2014, and it is now nearing completion. Here are some photos for your enjoyment!

The office tower is 18 stories, with 300,000 sf of mixed-use space including 10 levels of office above 7 levels of structured parking.

For anyone interested in the construction type, the tower has caisson foundations, is a concrete cast-in-place structure, and has a curtain wall exterior.

The AC Hotel and Dartmouth are currently under construction adjacent to the tower.

The tower is within walking distance of street level retail and restaurants to accomodate the needs of office tenants.

The building is LEED Gold Certified.

Tenants will enjoy amazing views of Raleigh (this view is looking to the north on Six Forks Road).

View of downtown from the tower.

Bank of America will occupy over 57,000 sf beginning this month. The Capital Grille will occupy over 8,000 sf on the ground level and is expected to open sometime this summer.

I hope you enjoyed the photos; they were taken by my colleague, David Langley. Thanks for visiting DSinsider and have a wonderful week!
